It's a chance to meet Dr. Krystle Bates, learn how our clinic membership works, and decide if we're the right fit for you and your family.
What to Expect at Your Meet & Greet
Your Meet & Greet is a 20-to-30-minute conversation; not a medical appointment.
During the time together, you can expect to:

Meet Dr. Bates and develop a sense for her approach to care.

Learn exactly how membership works, including pricing, what's included, and what DPC is and isn't.

Ask questions about your specific health needs or concerns. To clarify again, this is not a medical appointment. The discussion about your health needs and concerns are discussed in generalizations to see if the DPC model is appropriate for you or not. Do not expect a treatment plan to be created during this time.

Get a clear answer on whether Direct Access Primary Care is the right fit before you decide to join.
You can meet with us by phone, video call, or in person at our office. You can call the clinic or fill out the form to initiate scheduling a Meet & Greet. We will finalize the date, time and method of meeting via phone call.
